Notice of Race – Springer Memorial Regatta | Yachtmaster Race | May 23–24

Ahoy LCYC Members,

We're excited to announce the Springer Memorial Regatta – Yachtmaster Race, taking place over two days on May 23rd and 24th. This weekend looks like it will bring a variety of conditions, so bring your foulies for Saturday and sunscreen for Sunday!

Dates: Saturday, May 23 & Sunday, May 24

Skippers Meeting: 9:30 AM each day at the LCYC Clubhouse

Planned Race Start: 11:00 AM each day

Location: Lake City Yacht Club

Participation in the Yachtmaster Race is open to qualified Yachtmaster skippers. If you're not a Yachtmaster but are keen to get out on the water, crew positions may be available — reach out to John directly to express your interest.

STEAK FRY – Saturday, May 23rd at 4:30 PM

Join us after racing on Saturday for our annual Steak Fry (and please be sure to register in advance)! It's a great chance to warm up, relax, swap stories from the day, and enjoy some good food and company. All are welcome.

We're still looking for volunteers to help make the event a success. If you can lend a hand, please connect with TJ — your help is always appreciated!
